This traditional greens pie from Ikaria—Greece’s Blue Zone island where my family roots are—packs real goodness: a mix of greens, leeks, onions, vegetables, and olive oil wrapped in crisp phyllo for the perfect Mediterranean meal anywhere.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as read by a food thermometer. Cooking times may vary and require adjustment. Product will be hot after cooking, let stand for a few minutes before serving.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove all packaging and place product on a parchment lined baking sheet 1” apart. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
