Sausage & Pepper Pastry


  • 1 Package of Geefree Puff Pastry Dough

  • Sausage

  • Peppers

  • Onions


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Fully cook sausage and split.

  • Sauté peppers & onions. Do not over cook, they will get soft in the oven.

  • Roll out Geefree pastry and cut into about 6X6 squares.

  • Place sausage, peppers & Onions in the middle of dough, corners top to bottom.

  • Fold the side corners into the middle, wet the corners of the dough to help it stick.

  • Back for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
