minutesA quick and easy appetizer. Keep empty cups on hand to use when you have unexpected guests. This requires just a few ingredients you may already have in your fridge.
Ingredients
- 22-24 pcs Fillo Factory Mini Fillo Shells
- 4 oz blue cheese/gorgonzola
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp
fresh ground pepper
- 1 apple sliced - washed and peeled
- 1/2 cup pecans - halved
Directions
Prepare the empty cups by crisping them in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes- remove just as they begin to color
- Put cheeses, cream, & pepper into a food processor & blend until smooth
- Fill cups 2/3 up and garnish with small apple dice and a pecan as in the photos.
