    A quick and easy appetizer. Keep empty cups on hand to use when you have unexpected guests. This requires just a few ingredients you may already have in your fridge.

    Ingredients

    • 22-24 pcs Fillo Factory Mini Fillo Shells
    • 4 oz blue cheese/gorgonzola
    • 4 oz cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 tsp

      fresh ground pepper

    • 1 apple sliced - washed and peeled
    • 1/2 cup pecans - halved

    Directions

    • Prepare the empty cups by crisping them in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes- remove just as they begin to color

    • Put cheeses, cream, & pepper into a food processor & blend until smooth
    • Fill cups 2/3 up and garnish with small apple dice and a pecan as in the photos.
