One package of GeeFree pastry dough
Thaw pastry to room temperature.
Dust pastry sheet with gluten free flour.
Roll out in a traditional method on a piece of parchment paper.
Using cookie cutters dipped in the non-gluten free flour, cut out to desired shapes.
Place on a cookie sheet into a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Combine all ingredients, stir until smooth. Add food color drop by drop.
Using a pastry brush working quickly brush a light coat of icing on each cookie as base coat. Then decorate as desired.
