These gluten-free chocolate pastry squares are the perfect simple, and sweet treat this Valentine's day; or any occasion!
1 sheet of GeeFree puff pastry dough
2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa (Alternatively, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa + 2 tablespoons of sugar)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Preheat oven to 375°.
Fold or kneed 2 tablespoons of cocoa into the dough.
Roll dough out thin.
Cut into squares.
Wash with butter.
Sprinkle with Chocolate Chips.
Bake 8-10 minutes, or until crisp.
Allow to cool.
Top with powdered sugar & drizzle with chocolate.
